OUTPATIENT MEDICAL CARE - HIV/AIDS
Provides primary medical care, mental health and substance abuse services, dental, and nutritional counseling to those able to pay for care as well as those who are uninsured/underinsured and living with HIV/AIDS. The program provides one-stop-care for individuals with HIV/AIDS. Staff works in collaboration with other healthcare professionals throughout the community and works closely with clients to evaluate their needs and to develop a comprehensive care plan to ensure all needs are being met.
